Travels

… and whenever I feel the urge (often) and have the chance (less often) to go on a trip, I do so – sometimes alone, sometimes with my wife and/or daughter.

The photos presented on this website’s other pages are of course also mostly taken while traveling (even if just meandering through the streets of the place where we currently have our basecamp (that is Leipzig, East-Germany). On this ‘Travels’ page, though, I want to preserve more of the respective journey’s character and thus include more snapshots and also lower quality images, as well as more personal photos of situations and the people I traveled with or met on the way, and which made the trips special for me. 

Some of the photo albums (i.e. sub-pages) are marked ‘private’ and are accessible only by invitation and with the password provided by me. If an album contains photos taken by someone else than me they will be watermarked accordingly and credit given in the accompanying text.
